Reading the newspaper makes trainees fit

KSV – Koblenzer Steuerungs- und Verteilungsbau GmbH’s long-standing participation in the “Reading newspapers makes trainees fit” project not only strengthens the general knowledge of its trainees, but also their reading skills. KSV has been actively involved in this project for many years and has had extremely positive experiences. The program offers young talents the opportunity to improve their skills in reading and understanding newspaper articles, which proves to be extremely valuable for their professional development. Regular newspaper reading encourages trainees to engage with current events and issues. This approach not only helps to increase their general knowledge, but also enhances their ability to analyze and extract information from complex texts. “We are proud to be part of this project and to see positive results in our trainees. It is important that young people develop the ability to critically question information and form their own opinions. A solid foundation of general knowledge and reading skills will not only help them in their professional lives, but also in their private lives,” explains Andreas Frink, Managing Director of KSV. KSV has set itself the goal of preparing its trainees for the challenges of the future in the best possible way. By participating in the “Reading newspapers makes trainees fit” project, this is implemented in a very effective way. Not only are the trainees encouraged to analyze newspaper content, but they are also given the opportunity to discuss what they have read and share their opinions.
