The following guiding principles form KSV’s brand claim.
They describe the way we want to act in the market and towards our employees.

Error avoidance

  • Quality is a corporate obligation and therefore a constant task for all employees.
    Every employee should know their area of responsibility and the requirements placed on them and be aware of their relationship to each other.

Quality management system

  • The organization manual and the applicable process descriptions in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 document our quality management system.
    The procedures defined therein serve to implement our quality policy.
  • The effectiveness of the quality management system is regularly reviewed by means of internal and external audits.

Prevention

  • We take responsibility for all our products, services and other business activities.
    Every employee is aware of their role and their personal responsibility to prevent accident risks and health impairments.
  • The knowledge and skills employees need for this are taught in specific training and further education courses.

Laws and regulations

  • We undertake to comply with the applicable laws and regulations wherever we operate, to implement the recommendations of experts and to apply the current state of the art.
  • In terms of active occupational health and safety, we not only comply with the minimum requirements of the relevant legal regulations, but also go above and beyond them in our activities.
  • All applicable legal and regulatory requirements are identified by means of systematic rules and regulations management.
    We are committed to fulfilling the legal requirements and other binding obligations.

Occupational health and safety management

  • We make our occupational health and safety policy public for all interested parties (customers, suppliers, authorities) on request.
    We promote open dialog on occupational health and safety issues and strive to raise and strengthen awareness.
  • We aim to promote the application of occupational health and safety regulations among suppliers, contractual partners and subcontractors and take their implementation into account as an assessment criterion.
